This combination is somewhat functioning. The Woman will be able to function as a mentor for the Man and he will have something good to look up to – if he recognizes higher stages of Chili Power.
The reverse constellation would have been better, but these two are perfectly able to maintain a temporarily mentor/lover/friendship relation which can benefit the man in particular, if he wants too.
The work will be focussed on raising him a few stages, which can be tough as his next level is a great challenge to the relationship. Men at Stage 6 tend to give up. This transition is not necessarily easy. The Man at Stage 5 demands a Woman who is at lower Stages and the Woman at Stage 6 is great at imitating the lower Stages so he will often believe he is with a Stage 4 or 5 woman. Otherwise he will have a hard time being a man. Eventually she might even fake it in bed if she isn’t able to help him in his transition through the next Stage.
